Buying direct from the builder means to buy a Tuscan farmhouse at its real value, arrived at by the work carried out on restoring the farmhouse, and not simply by an intermediary who gives no value to the quality of the farmhouse. To buy a villa or farmhouse from a builder who in his work puts passion and the determination to give life again to antique Tuscan houses, means not only to buy a house of value, but also to buy a piece of Tuscan history.

Who I am

I am Luigi Tanganelli, a Tuscan builder, with a particular hobby: restoring antique farmhouses and villas in Tuscany. In many years of working as a builder, I have restored several country houses, villages and antique hamlets and other farmhouse in Tuscany, in the province of Arezzo and Siena. Some have become agriturismi, Resort, private residence, etc.. Each of my works is characterised by the high quality of the finished restoration. Quality that is shown by the nature of the typical Tuscan materials used, and by the craftsmanship of my team. My staff and I have a deep understanding of both typical Tuscan farmhouses - above all, of antique Tuscan country houses, and in particular typical farmhouses in the province of Arezzo, for example in the Comune di Cortona - and of the different characteristics of country houses in Siena and farmhouses in Florence.
