Renewable Energy

The property complex of the Cà Mattero hamlet has the possibility to be self sufficient for electrical supply, with a 6kw per hour output. This is possible thanks to the use of three distinct renewable energy sources: the sun, the wind, and the rain.
If necessary a generator with 10kw diesel engine guarantees energy in the case of an emergency.

Cà Mattero

A magnificent and authentic hamlet immersed in "Hidden Tuscany".
I have restored this hamlet by completely recuperating the old hamlet, with the precise intent to create a property of real prestige. The farmhouses are found in Castiglion Fiorentino in Tuscany in the province of Arezzo, 15 minutes by car from Cortona, at an altitude of approximately 550 mt. above sea level.

The hamlet is a private park of approximately 80 hectares. The village is a garden of approximately 5 hectares, made even more beautiful by 13 chestnut trees. The swimming pool is enriched by a circular bath with hydro massage suitable for five person seated, the infinity pool allows you to enjoy the unique views of the hills of Siena. A spring provides water to the swimming pool which is filtered and hygienised.
