Buy from the builder

Buying direct from the builder means to buy a Tuscan farmhouses at its real value, which derives from the work carried out on restoring the house, and not simply by an intermadiary who gives no value to the quality of the farhouse.

The farmhouse "Sbaiglio" in one of my last restorations of old farmhouses in Tuscany. I paid maximum attention to Sbaiglio farmhouse as regards to the volume disposition, so as to respect the existing structures, and at the same time re-evaluate the spaces respecting the characteristics of the old farmhouses of Tuscany. Also this antique farmhouses has a swimming pool with hydro massage and other particular characteristics which make my property restorations unique and unrepeatable. Muriello is another farmhouse that I have restored here in Tuscany, near Cortona. My present property project is The Fox's Den
